Taking inbound and maing outbound customer service calls while doing data entry between multiple screens.
- Reps must have at least 2-3 years prior call center experience.
- "Click to Chat" experience is helpful & will be majority of the case handling.
- Must have true call center, real time data entry & multiple script/screen handling to be considered.
- 1-2 years of recent sales support or customer care experience in a call center environment a MUST!!
- Ability to handle challenging consumers.
- Excellent computer skills including the ability to type and navigate between screens while speaking with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi task.
- Ability to learn about consumer products and policies.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to a changing and fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude.
- A complete paid training and orientation program is provided.
Various Shifts Available:
On-Site Inbound Handling Shifts:
- 2:00pm to 9:00pm
- 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Onsite Outbound Shifts:
Work From Home Inbound Handling Shifts:
- 12:00am to 8:00am
- 5:00pm to 12:00am
- 8:00am to 4:00pm - Saturdays and Sundays
Training is conducted Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
Work from home must have quiet / uninterruptable work area with high speed internet & dedicated LAN line to be supplied / maintained by the employee.
